Swift Penguin (https://www.swiftpenguin.com) provides free educational stock trading tools and guides. We aim to collect as little personal information as practical. This policy explains what may be processed when you visit the site.
Information we do not require
You do not need an account to use our calculators and guides. We do not ask you to create a login or provide a password to use core tools.
Information stored on your device
Some tools (for example the portfolio tracker, stock market simulator, and certain calculators) save settings or holdings in your browser's local storage so your work persists between visits. That data stays on your device unless you clear site data or export/share it yourself. We do not receive a copy of local portfolio holdings through that mechanism.
Analytics and advertising
We may use analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic — pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and similar metrics. We may also display ads via Google AdSense or similar partners. Those partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads according to their own policies. Live quotes and market data may be requested through third-party data providers when you use tools that need them. Those requests typically include the ticker symbol you looked up, not your name or account details.

This site is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
